I feel for Kmet. He waited so long for his team to succeed. We had the magical season last year, but this guy deserves so much more.

I expect he’ll be on the sidelines wearing a headset, coaching up Rousch, once his surgeries and rehab allow it. He could still play a vital role this year, even if he’s not on the field.

I hope. I know he needs to rehab but I hope he’s out there supporting our guys and I believe he will be.

If this was week 7 last year when this was first getting off the ground I’d feel a lot worse. But he got to participate in that first playoff win in 15 years (over the packers no less) and catch the insane touchdown vs the rams to keep them alive.

Kmet in motion
Williams
Drifting
Sprinting for space
In all kinds of trouble
Put it up for grabs in the endzone KMET!
HE GOT IT!
FOR THE TOUCHDOWN!!
THEY'VE DONE IT AGAIN!
UNBELIEVABLE!

Get him a fucking ring this year

I think they’d absolutely do that if the bears somehow win.
Isn’t he the longest tenured bear?

By about 45 minutes over Jaylon Johnson

If the Bears win the Super Bowl they should melt Jaylon’s ring to make a double ring for Kmet.

Johnson is I think

Nope it’s Cole. He was picked at 43, Jaylon picked at 50.

It was. Brutal injury, though we've been relatively lucky compared to what some other teams have had. Gonna need to get creative and possibly trade for a Mo-Allie Cox type guy to fill the run blocking Kmet does.
