Handing a team its first loss of the season can be enough to rattle an opponent. But that wasn't enough for the Seattle Seahawks after they beat the Kansas City Chiefs 20-3 on "Sunday Night Football."
Seattle's defense stymied Kansas City's offense, allowing just three points and 213 total yards. The Chiefs' three points are their fewest in a game started by quarterback Patrick Mahomes since Week 7 in 2021, according to ESPN Research.
The Seahawks had a Taylor Swift-themed troll after the game, posting a friendship bracelet that spelled out: "Seahawks Win." The bracelet is a reference to Swift's fans making custom bracelets during her Eras Tour. Concertgoers would then trade them with each other .
Travis Kelce attended a Swift show in July 2023 and attempted to give the pop star a bracelet with his number on it. The Chiefs tight end was unable to deliver it, but the two ended up starting their relationship two months later. They wed in July of this year.
Seattle knew all about the lore and decided to poke fun at Swift and Kelce. It captioned the post: "End Game," which is the name of a track from Swift's 2017 album, "reputation."
Here are the other top trolls from Week 7.
The Atlanta Falcons ended the San Francisco 49ers ' undefeated season with a home victory.
Michael Penix Jr . threw three touchdown passes and the Falcons scored 13 points off four turnovers to hand the 49ers their first blemish of the year.
Afterward, Atlanta delivered a simple troll in its postgame caption. Referencing San Francisco's "Faithful to the Bay" motto, the Falcons instead wrote: "Faithful to the A," as in Atlanta.
It required overtime, but the New York Giants escaped Houston with a big win over the Texans .
Houston seemed to have momentum after a late touchdown that forced OT. But New York's defense responded immediately, forcing a three-and-out by Houston on their first possession. After a big Cam Skattebo 42-yard rush, Devin Singletary scampered 30-yards for the game-winning touchdown.
The saying goes "everything is bigger in Texas," and New York applied it to its postgame trolling.
It first referenced Houston's "battle red" uniforms with the caption: "left them on red." The Giants also paired an image of SpongeBob SquarePants' body morphed into a Texas silhouette and captioned the post: "Wins are bigger in Texas." Even the Texas grocery store H-E-B caught a stray as the Giants put a spin on the logo by spelling out "W-I-N."
Another late drive from the Cleveland Browns led to another victory.
Cleveland and the Tennessee Titans were tied at 24 when the Browns got the ball back with 58 seconds left. Four plays later, Andre Szmyt kicked a 32-yard field goal to win the game. It capped off the fifth game-winning drive for Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson this season -- the most by a Browns quarterback in a single season this century, according to ESPN Research.
Playing in Nashville, home of the famous Broadway Street, Cleveland advertised a new addition to the neighborhood: the "Dawg Pound Saloon."
The Los Angeles Rams are back in the win column after a dominant road victory over the Las Vegas Raiders.
Los Angeles held a 28-6 halftime lead following four straight touchdown drives to end the half. Quarterback Matthew Stafford threw for 195 yards and three touchdowns -- two of which went to tight end Davis Allen. Raiders signal caller Kirk Cousins threw for 295 yards and two scores as the team dropped its fourth consecutive game.
The Rams referenced Las Vegas' casinos with an image of a Rams-themed slot machine that included three Rams logos to signal a "Win." And instead of "Viva Las Vegas" in the caption, it was: "Viva Los Angeles."
A wild ending resulted in a huge win for the Detroit Lions against the Green Bay Packers .
The Packers seemed primed to go ahead with 3:25 left in the game. However, their 35-yard field goal was blocked, keeping the score tied at 17. The Lions took advantage by keeping possession and kicking a field goal to win as time expired. The game was close throughout, as each team scored a touchdown in the first and third quarters. Lions quarterback Jared Goff had 303 passing yards and two scores, while Packers quarterback Jordan Love threw for 274 yards and two touchdowns.
After defeating its division rival, Detroit made sure to poke fun at Green Bay. The Lions posted an image of kicker Jake Bates and wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa celebrating with the caption: "say cheese," a nod to Wisconsin's famous dairy industry and Packers fans calling themselves "cheeseheads."
